What do you mean 'broken'?

Internet keeps crashinnnnnn.

router-computer-ethernet cord - restart computer - restart router - connect ethernet - disconnect ethernet - just- router - can't - cord - give - computer - up.
.My housemate said he thinks our router is broken.
died a little for the timing...I have essays to write!
Ignoring the fact that I've done all my research and have all the articles downloaded.... I can't write an essay without the internet. no, not even one paragraph. not one sentence, one word. GIMME BACK MY NETZ, YO!
I've spent much of my week in the library because of this slight dependancy I've developed.
Dunno why I do this to myself. Library cubicles are not all they're cracked up to be.

This past summer I was living in Spain, a nanny for 3 months looking after 3 boys. One week in late June we went on a vacation to the south. Their mother literally took me aside to have a talk with me about my internet 'habit' and 'weening off' so that I could survive the trip.
She was concerned that I was going to be depressed.
Depressed in Marbella.

Of course during the trip I would have liked to have given a few updates, maybe chatted with a friend or heard a little about some current affairs, a tv show or two to distract me when the boys were in bed. But depressed in the South of Spain? I bought a book, charged my ipod & packed my sunglasses!
I just found it funny that the impression I had given off, without ever having talked to the mother about skype or facebook or anything (80% of my usage. the other 20% is obviously television) , was that I was indeed an addict.

There's not much point to this post. My brain is scattered and sleep deprived. All I know is that I want summer back (my bike. my tan. my income).
And that the writing of essays takes patience that I never seem to have. And that you should all be listening to Bon Iver. Right meow.
